As part of our enhanced security measures, we introduce SMS authentication for new member registration, member login or mobile phone number change in the member information at My Page .
■What is SMS Authentication?
A authentication code will be sent to your registered mobile phone number when current member login to Premium Bandai, updates your mobile phone number in the member information at My Page or register the new member.
This authentication is applicable for mobile phone/ smartphone number users only and the authentication code shall be sent via SMS.
※Reminder: Landline phone number users are not allowed.
By entering the received authentication code in the required field, we can confirm your genuine identity, and only one phone number per member registration resulted. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
■Notes
・Please update your member information at My Page with your up-to-date phone number, as you may be asked to perform SMS authentication again every 90 days since your last authentication done or a certain period of time.
・A verification code can be sent to the same phone number up to 3 times. If not completed after the attempts, please wait 1 hour before requesting another code. After that, the required waiting interval will increase up to a maximum of 24 hours, depending on the number of attempts.
・If a code is requested during the waiting period, error message will be displayed. Please be advised that we are unable to waive this waiting period for any specific cases.
・If the verification code is entered incorrectly 5 times in a row, the verification process will be canceled.
To attempt again with the same phone number, please wait until the restriction is lifted, and then request a new code.
