- We do not ship products to P.O. Boxes, hotels, delivery lockers, courier service providers, or restricted areas. Please refer to the link: Ninjavan Restricted Delivery Zones
- You can find the deadline for changing your shipping information in your "Pre-ordered Product Estimated Shipment Date Notification" e-mail from Premium Bandai.
■Updating Your Account Information
To change the address registered to your profile, please go to the "ACCOUNT SETTINGS" section, select "User Information," and edit the "HOME ADDRESS."
Important Notice for International Moves:
If you have moved to a different country or region, please first sign in to the PREMIUM BANDAI website for your new location to update your details. (Example: Moving from Singapore to the USA → Sign in to PREMIUM BANDAI USA to modify your address.)
■Updating Shipping Address for Existing Orders
IMPORTANT:
Updating your home address in your profile, or changing the "Shipping Address" in the "ACCOUNT SETTINGS" section will not automatically change the shipping address for orders you have already placed.
For orders that have already been completed, you must update the shipping address for each order individually.
